01 /The standard

Every visitor asks three questions.

A good local website answers them within seconds, on a phone, while someone is in a hurry. That’s the standard every page is designed to.

Name the service, the area and who it’s for, before anyone scrolls.

02 /What we build

The right website for how you work.

01

Local business websites

A clear home for an established business: what you do, who you help and how to get in touch.

02

Multi-location websites

One brand, several branches. Each location gets its own details, team and contact route.

03

Service-area websites

For businesses that travel to customers. Coverage is explained clearly, without thin city pages.

04

Website redesigns

Keep what already works — content, URLs, search history — and fix what’s costing you enquiries.

05

Landing pages

One service or campaign, one message, one next step. Built to convert paid and organic traffic.

06

Growth-ready architecture

Page templates that make adding services and areas straightforward as the business expands.

03 /Site architecture

Built as a system, not a pile of pages.

Pick a page to see the job it does and where it sends visitors next.

Home /Its role in the site

Orient the visitor. Route every need.

The homepage explains the business in seconds and sends each kind of visitor to the page that answers their question.

  • Services
  • Locations
  • About
  • Contact

04 /Mobile first

Designed for the phone in your customer’s hand.

Clear in five seconds

Service, area and next step are visible before anyone scrolls.

Easy to act on

Tap-to-call, short labelled forms and buttons sized for thumbs.

Proof where it matters

Reviews, credentials and project photos placed next to the decision they support.

05 /Search foundations

SEO starts in the build.

Search isn’t a plugin added at the end. It shapes the structure, content and code of every page we ship.

Semantic, accessible markup

Logical headings, landmarks and labels that help people, screen readers and search engines read the page.

Crawlable architecture

Plain links, clean URLs and a sitemap, so every important page can be found and indexed.

Structured data & metadata

Business, service and FAQ schema that matches what’s on the page, plus distinct titles and descriptions.

Performance budget

Responsive images, lean scripts and stable layouts that load quickly on an average phone.

Local page structure

Service and location pages linked in a way that makes your coverage obvious to customers and Google.

Safe redesigns

Every valuable URL is mapped and redirected, so a new site doesn’t cost you existing rankings.

06 /Where to start

New build or redesign? We’ll tell you honestly.

BUILDING NEW

Start with a solid foundation.

No site, or one that isn’t worth saving? We plan the core pages and enquiry routes around how your business works today, with room to grow later.

REDESIGNING

Keep what’s working.

An old site can still hold valuable pages, links and rankings. We review the data first, then decide what to keep, improve, merge or redirect, so launch day doesn’t reset your visibility.

07 /Process

Five steps. No surprises.

You’ll know what’s happening, what’s next and what you’ll receive at every stage.

  1. Understand

We learn your business, customers and market, and audit your current site and search data.

    Brief & site audit
  2. Plan

Sitemap, page structure and enquiry routes, agreed before any design work starts.

    Sitemap & page plan
  3. Design

Page designs built around your real content, on mobile and desktop.

    Responsive designs
  4. Build & launch

Development, SEO setup, testing and a checked launch with redirects in place.

    A live, tested website
  5. Improve

We watch how visitors use the site and refine the pages that matter most.

09 /Questions

Good questions. Straight answers.

Still unsure about something? Ask us in your enquiry — we’re happy to explain.

How long does a website project take?

Most local business websites take a few weeks to a few months, depending on the number of pages, how ready your content is and any integrations. You’ll get a timeline with clear milestones once we’ve agreed the scope.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We start by reviewing what already works — content, URLs, rankings and enquiries — so the redesign keeps that value. If targeted fixes would solve the problem, we’ll tell you before recommending a full rebuild.

Will the website be built for SEO?

Yes. Page structure, content, metadata, structured data and technical setup are planned for search from the start. A strong build gives you the foundation to rank; rankings also depend on competition and ongoing work.

Will it work properly on mobile?

Mobile comes first. We design for the phone, test the important journeys on real devices and make sure calling, booking or enquiring is easy with one thumb.

Do you write the content?

We can. We plan and write copy around your customers’ questions, using the facts, experience and proof you give us. We never invent reviews, credentials or claims.

What happens to my URLs during a redesign?

We map every existing URL that has value and set up redirects to the right new page, then check them after launch. You keep the search visibility you’ve already earned.

Can the site grow with my business?

Yes. Reusable page templates make it straightforward to add new services or locations later, each with its own useful content.

What happens after launch?

You get a handover covering how to manage the site. Ongoing support, updates and improvement work can be added as a monthly arrangement if you want it.
