Information you choose to share

The form collects your name, email, business name, market or service area, selected priority and any optional website address or message you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

How your enquiry is used

Your details are stored in the project database so LobizSolutions can review your request, respond and manage a potential project. Consent and submission times are recorded with the enquiry. Submitting a request does not sign you up to a marketing list.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored using the site’s Cloudflare D1 database infrastructure. Access to the database is restricted through the site owner’s authenticated management tools. There is no public endpoint for retrieving enquiry records.

Technical information and spam protection

The hosting provider may process technical request information to operate and secure the website. The form uses an empty-field check and short-lived submission counters to reduce repeated requests. Counters use hourly hashes of the email address and, when supplied by the hosting platform, the network address rather than a separate plaintext email record and expire from rate-limit use after an hour.

Cookies and analytics

No advertising trackers or third-party analytics have been added to this website. The private preview’s hosting sign-in may use essential authentication storage. Form information is not stored in browser local storage.

Your choices

Only send an enquiry if you want LobizSolutions to contact you about it. You can request a correction or deletion through the contact form, identifying your previous enquiry. Information is retained to handle the enquiry and related project discussions; unnecessary records should be removed through the owner’s management tools.
